In the logs of code, I can see periodic delivery started, but it never ended, or at least, the end never gets logged. Maybe deadlock during those async deliveries? Or due to deadlock on withHostLock? Possibly some operation is done sync instead of async, maybe that’s blocking something?

In addition, at some point code seemed to be very CPU and memory heavy and stopped responding. Periodic deliveries were set to once a minute.

When I checked the deliveries in the DB, their “running” field was False, which suggests they weren’t active. Maybe some STM deadlock caused many retries and high CPU usage?
