Allow users to send comments (on tickets, MRs, etc.) by email, as an alternative to using an ActivityPub client or the static website.

Maybe in the future, the UX of sending from a desktop client could be very similar to email. Right now, if it’s reasonably easy to support reply-by-email, it’s a quick way to enable non-web interaction.

Check how reply-by-email works in Discourse, GitLab, etc.
