room(2.3.0):
description: You're in a small room with a low ceiling. One side of the
room has straight dark grey walls, but approaching the other
side, it becomes an entrance of a cave.
There are west and east exits. The east exit leads into the
cave.
The room is lit well by bright light coming from the east
exit.
/* items:*/
exits: west, east
room(3.3.0):
description: You're in a cave. The walls are dark grey, but are lit well by
very bright light coming from insid the cave. West leads back
to the entrance, and east leads further inside, towards the
light.
/* items:*/
exits: west, east
room(4.3.0):
description: You're in a cave. The walls are dark grey, but the cave is lit
surprisingly well by VERY bright light coming from further
inside the cave. You saw bright light in your life, but this
is unusual. You wish you had sunglasses.
There are paths west and north. North leads towards the light.
/* items:*/
exits: west, north
room(4.4.0):
description: You're in a cave. The walls seem to be black, but it's hard to
tell, because the cave it lit with VERY VERY BRIGHT light,
coming from inside the cave. It's hard to keep the eyes open
for more than a few seconds without letting them rest. It
almost feels like the sun is waiting a few meters ahead. No,
wait. My mistake. The sun *must* be waiting a few meters
ahead.
If you had one wish, you'd ask for sunglasses, or some kind of
eye protection, because you highly prefer not to be blinded by
this strangely bright light source.
Hmmmm or you'd ask for happiness. Not sure.
There is a path south away from the light, and a path west
which goes towards the light.
/* items:*/
exits: south, west
room(3.4.0):
description: You're in a cave. Your eyes are closed, because it's so bright
here. You see all white even with your eyes closed, but at
least it's bearable.
You can go east away from the light, or go west towards it.
/* items:*/
exits: east, west
room(2.4.0):
description: You're still inside the cave. The light is so bright here, you
cover your eyes with your hand in addition to keeping them
closed, and even this is hardly enough.
There's some stuff on the floor. Using your legs to push it
around, you can try to tell what it is:
There's a large glass shard on the floor.
$(require_here:briefcase;There's a briefcase on the floor.)$
$(require_here:rope;There's a piece of rope on the floor.)$
There is a path leading east, away from the light. There's
also some primitive kind of staircase, carved in the stone,
going up.
items: briefcase, rope
exits: east, up
item(shard):
on_examine: It's a glass shard. Part of a mirror.
item(briefcase):
on_examine: $(equals:kicked,0;Just a regular boring briefcase. It's locked.
There is a near the carrying handle. It's heavy enough to tell
it probably contains something. Maybe applying some force will
open it?)$
$(equals:kicked,1;Just a regular boring briefcase. It's closed,
but seems to be unlocked: the lock is broken.)$
on_open: $(equals:kicked,0;It's locked.)$
$(equals:kicked,1;Give me just a moment... trying... ugh, it's
stuck. Stubborn briefcase!)$
on_push: You push the briefcase away from you as hard as you can. It hits
the wall, bounces from it and slides back towards you.
on_hit: You punch and hit the briefcase as hard as you can. I give your
arms' muscles all the respect they deserve, but sorry, it's not
enough to open this briefcase. Whoever made it did good work, it
seems.
on_kick: You kick the briefcase as hard as you can. It hits the wall,
bounces back into the air, hits the floor as it lands and slides
back towards you, stopping at your feet. It's too bright too see
the results, but a gut feeling tells you no briefcase is *that*
strong.

item(rope):
on_examine: Thick rope, about 3 meters long.
