Issue

In IRC clients there’s the /me command for pseudo-announcing actions. When entering this:

/me says hello

FunBot gets this:

Message "#freepost-bot" "fr33domlover" "\SOHACTION says hello\SOH" False

Add support for sending such actions, and for recognizing them.
