Allow Smaoin network nodes to say what topics they know about, so you know what to ask who, e.g. a music DB node can be asked about things from the music ontology. This can either be implemented as:
- a DHT matching between nodes, addresses and topics
- use DHT just for node<->address match (or regular IP or cjdns or whatever) and ask nodes about topics by making an ontology for topics and writing some “standard” queries a client can use to start finding who knows things. Not just asking “what do you know” but also “do you happen to know peers who know about topic X”.
