git hosting with cool UI and integration, federation, possibility for distributed storage. Should run well on home servers, not meant for huge installations! Also no JS bloat. Use an RPC API and a desktop app, and CGI to generate web view. Maybe nothing too smart it really needed! What are the requirements really? Ideas: + ssh key management and repo access lists + desktop and web UI + issue tracker + pull requests + wiki + continuous integration + web pages + projects, people, organizationis + git history, log, graphs, diff, etc. visualized
