    this may be related to what i thought was just a documentation discrepency - the INSTALL doc instructed to point the web browser to:

    http://localhost:3000

    however, that page shows only an error, instructing to point the web browser to:

    http://vervis.localhost:3000

    that is the URL the “app” is being served on - maybe that is the offending “period”?
